Wild Flours offers botanically inspired PRIVATE COOKING CLASSES for Young Chefs in YOUR kitchen, Specialty Cakes and Baked Goods, Meal Planning and Preparation, Postpartum Meal Delivery, and small event Catering.

Our intention with our cooking classes is to encourage young chefs to get into the kitchen to help cook or cook on their own. Each class focuses on teaching young chefs to eat nutritionally, while botanically inspiring them using fresh, seasonal, locally-sourced and native ingredients* of Santa Barbara.

Cathleen of Wild Flours is available to teach teen and adult cooking classes, plan creative menus and cook delicious meals for any occasion - from small private events to meal deliveries, postpartum meal planning or meal preparation, to special occasion cakes and baked goods. 

Inspired by traditional postpartum care and support, Wild Flours Kids Kitchen is partnering with Goodland Doula to provide specially crafted foods by Botanically inspired Chef, Cathleen Kargard and loving postpartum care by experienced Birth and Postpartum Doula, Stephanie Drake.

Our offerings combine our training and expertise and are designed to support the unique needs of the postpartum person.

With our packaged offerings you can choose the number and frequency of meals delivered to your home by a Postpartum Doula.
